Varneset (a bay), 3 points

                   

Starting point: Nordmyra, the road to Vega Recycling Station. Well-trodden path across the marsh, at times quite watery. The trail is easy with no ascent of any kind.

Varnesset was once inhabited and you can still see traces of dwellings and farmland. The sea goes right into the bay at high tide and makes this a great picnic area. Return trip should be estimated to approx. 50 minutes. Degree of difficulty: easy. Suitable for children.
